At Nida Jewelers, every piece is custom-made and handcrafted to order especially for you. Because of the personalized nature of our products, please review our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
Custom & Personalized Items — Final Sale
All of our jewelry — including university rings, family crest rings, monograms, and other personalized pieces — is made to order based on the specifications you provide. For this reason, custom and personalized items are considered final sale and are not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund once production has begun. Please double-check all details of your order (size, engraving, initials, metal, and design) before confirming your purchase.
Order Processing & Delivery Times
Each order is handcrafted after purchase. Your item is prepared and shipped within 3–5 business days, and delivery typically takes an additional 7–10 days, for a total estimated delivery time of 10–15 business days. Shipping is free on all orders.
Order Cancellations
Because production begins shortly after your order is placed, cancellations cannot be accepted once we have started crafting your item. If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us at
[email protected] as soon as possible, and we will do our best to help before production starts.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care to ensure every item meets our quality standards. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at
[email protected] with your order number and photos of the item. We will review each case individually and, where appropriate, arrange a repair or replacement.
