2. How long does production and shipping take?

Each custom piece is handcrafted specifically for your order.

Production Time: 8–10 Business Days
Express Shipping: 3–7 Business Days (destination dependent)

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

3. What materials do you use?

We use only premium-quality materials, including:

• 925 Sterling Silver

• Solid Gold (8K, 14K, 18K & 22K)

• Premium 24K Gold Micron Plating

Our jewelry is hypoallergenic, durable, and crafted for long-lasting everyday wear.

4. How long does gold plating last?

Our premium micron gold plating uses genuine 24K gold.

With normal daily wear, gold plating typically lasts between 1–2 years. With proper care and occasional use, it can maintain its appearance for significantly longer.

5. Can I change my order after placing it?

Yes.

Order changes can be made provided production has not yet begun.

Please contact us immediately after placing your order if any modifications are required.

6. Do your products include a warranty?

Yes.

Every ring includes our Lifetime Service Warranty, which covers:

• Professional polishing

• Ring resizing

• Stone replacement due to manufacturing defects

• Routine maintenance

The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, abuse, normal wear, or repairs performed by third parties.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with warranty services.
