At Nida Jewelers, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of all our jewelry. Every piece is handcrafted by skilled artisans using the highest-quality materials. Please review the warranty details for each product category, as well as other important policies below.

Warranty Repair Form & Shipping Address

All resizing and repair services must be performed by Nida Jewelers or an authorized service partner. To avoid delays or miscommunication, please complete our Warranty Service Form and include it with your shipment. We are not responsible for any items lost or damaged during shipping.

University Rings

Yellow Gold, Rose Gold & White Gold (10k, 14k, 18k)
Our university rings are covered under our industry-leading lifetime warranty.

Lifetime Resizing: Up to two (2) sizes larger or smaller
Lifetime Cleaning & Polishing: Always complimentary
Lifetime Loss of Stones: Synthetic, lab-created, and natural gemstones lost due to normal wear are replaced free of charge
Severe or excessive damage may require a replacement fee
Lifetime Loss of Seal: Loss due to normal wear is covered
Excessively damaged seals may incur a fee

Silver / Sterling / Plated

Because of its softer nature, silver is more susceptible to tarnish and wear. For that reason, some conditions are limited under warranty.

Lifetime Resizing: Up to two (2) sizes
Lifetime Cleaning & Polishing: Complimentary at all times
1 Year Loss of Stones: Covers normal wear
1 Year Loss of Seal: Covers natural wear
Severe damage may require a service fee

Engagement Rings & Custom Jewelry

Custom-made and engagement pieces are also covered under our lifetime craftsmanship warranty.

Lifetime Resizing: Up to two (2) sizes
Lifetime Cleaning & Polishing: Always free of charge
Lifetime Loss of Stones: Synthetic, lab-grown, and natural gemstones are replaced if lost due to normal wear
Excessive damage may require a case-by-case review

Loss / Theft / Damage

Our warranty does not cover loss, theft, or damages caused by improper care or misuse. Please consult with us in advance if you have metal allergies or specific care needs.

Return Shipping

For any warranty-related repairs, cleaning, or resizing services, a $30 USD return shipping fee applies. This fee includes tracked and insured delivery for your ring, pendant, or other jewelry.
